Gas Flushing

We can provide complete gas flushing systems to include impulse valve, flow meter and lances to the forming equipment. The flowmeter can have a high/low level gas detection system and will be programmed so as to eliminate the possibility of packing the product before the correct amount of gas has been injected into the bag.

We can also set the system to signal an alarm if the gas fails to pass through the flowmeter.
